Amy Ridgeway, Director of Operations, Lighthouse Properties
Amy Ridgeway joined Lighthouse Properties in 2019. She is a seasoned hospitality professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles across hotels, restaurants and night clubs developing a well-rounded expertise in operations, guest service, team development, and business performance.

As Director of Operations, Amy is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Her diverse hospitality background has equipped her with a unique perspective on service, leadership, and building high-performing teams.

Amy is committed to continuous improvement and believes that success is achieved through strong relationships, effective communication, and a dedication to both employees and guests.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and cuisines, and spending time in the kitchen creating meals for family and friends.

Don Boos, Director of Development, Lighthouse Properties
Don joined Lighthouse Properties in 2005, bringing with him extensive real estate and hotel development, franchise relations and finance expertise. He had operated American Executive Management, Inc., a hotel management company he founded in 1995.  He previously served as president of Grand American Hotel Management, Inc., a hospitality development and management firm with experience in hotels, condominiums, and resorts. Don is responsible for current projects under development.
